Previously on “Everyday Leadership”: Work in the Spotlight

When asked the question “what do you want to be when you grow up?” Many kids lists included doctor, teacher, and police man.  Many also included actor, baseball player, or pianist. So, how did some of kids make it as an athlete, or became a local celebrity doing the news?  And has it been what they thought it would be?  On the sports side Pistons great and now executive and entrepreneur Joe Dumars will join Dan Saturday August 28th to talk about his career – and others – as basketball superstars or wannabe’s with the Detroit Pistons and the NBA.

Christopher Hart will also be on to discuss growing up and working on the Great White Way.  Chris is an associate producer for the smash revival of Hair on Broadway. His perspective is unique as the son of Pulitzer and Oscar winning writer-director Moss Hart and the actress Kitty Carlyle.  Tune into “Everyday Leadership” to see how they made their childhood dreams come true, and the reality of working a job that isn’t necessarily 9-to-5.
